A new report is in from The San Francisco Chronicle via CNET, who learned that Apple’s executive branch responsible for mergers and acquisitions had a meeting with Tesla Motors’ CEO, Elon Musk.
Not many details are known, but the Chronicle said that Adian Perica and Elon Musk had a meeting at Apple’s HQ in Cupertino, last spring. Rumors also have indicated in the past that Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook, may have also been in attendance for discussions about a possible sale or partnership with Tesla.
No official word has been shared, but according to various reports, the timing of recent reports is enough to indicate that something is happening.
